We bought our AC from Reliable Home Comfort in July of 2012 (a 10-star experience). When we fired it up last week for the first time after a long winter it made a new and unusual buzzing noise. Concerned there might be something serious wrong I called Reliable and spoke with Darryl... he arranged to come and check it out the following day. He arrived within the promised timeframe and was quick to diagnose a problem with a small electrical part. He replaced the part and now all is well. The work was done at no charge under their 10 year parts and labor warranty and everything's working great now!

I would have written this sooner if I knew Aero was on Homestars! Manuel and his company were referred to us in 2010 by friends who had used his services twice on the same home - 25 years apart! He gave us a very competitive quote for a challenging roofing job (high elevation, steep pitches, mixed flat and shingled roof) and pulled off 3 layers of existing shingles (including the original 100+ year-old cedar) and replaced rotted wood all along one edge where our neighbors eaves touches ours and lots of leaves collect and rot. The whole job was done in about 3 days and they cleaned up every little scrap of debris from the job from the front-, back-, and side-yards. In addition to the much better quote (he beat Alpine and one other by a healthy margin) it's clear that no corners were cut, the workmanship is excellent, and no unnecessary work was tacked on. I have since recommended Aero to friends and all have been happy!

My existing water line was quite rusted and the city's water meter installer was afraid that installing the meter might result in a broken pipe and flooded basement. I was required to replace the pipe and, after calling a few companies, proceeded with Mister Plumber (price-wise the middle of three obtained estimates). I chose them because their representative Vlad was very straight-forward and realistic about the work that would be involved in doing the job right. They were available very quickly and worked almost without pause until the job was done. The workers were friendly and ready to explain every step of the job and the final product is exactly as I wanted it. Overall, I'd recommend them for this sort of job any time!
