Bill does good work, but he is one of the most arrogant and condescending people I have meet. A week after Bill finished, there was a leak in our shower. Bill was frustrated that he had to come back and fix his work, he berated me, blamed me and just disappeared after he was finished. Zero people skills! He knows what he's doing, but I would not recommend working with him in any way shape or form.
