Our AC unit malfunctioned on a very hot stretch of days in June. Thava S. was the technician assigned to attend to our issue and was great. He showed up on a Sunday with less than 1 day advance notice and we were his last call of the day. He performed the service call very professionally and gave a very clear explanation of what the issue was. Great service overall.

Rick came to the house the same day we requested help with a clogged drain in our kitchen. While it ended up being a much more difficult clog to fix than anticipated, Rick stuck with it and fixed our issue. He was extremely thorough and professional. He also offered a number of great tips and advice to avoid future problems. Fantastic work. Thanks so much.

When we purchase our home several years ago it still had the original wood soffiting. The material was beginning to chip away in areas so we decided to replace this year. Gary's team completed the job as promised. Provided a quote in advance after a site visit, and scheduled the appointment soon after agreement. The job looks great.

Noticed a very small leak coming in through the roof of our house on a Saturday evening. Slavik (Project Manager) was able to come to our house the next morning (Sunday!), assess the cause of the leak, and repair on the spot. Very professional, transparent about the work that needed to be completed, and efficient. Fantastic service!
