We used Davesducts to clean the ducts of our house after renovating completing a major renovation on the whole main floor. The before and after photos were great to see the status of the intake ducts. The team even checked out the A coil and furnace and blew them out from where they could reach. Our furnace was 27 yrs old and unfortunately died 4 months later and Daveducts offered to come in an re-clean everything again.

I used RCC to waterproof the exterior of my house back in October of 2021. George was my main contact and at first he was very helpful, honest and informative of the entire process. It took a month after leaving the deposit and haggling them to tell me when they are going to be coming out to do the work. Choi and team came out and did the work which was tough and gruelling but it wasn't as what was agreed on in the contract. The sump pump pipe had two horizontal 90s which were supposed to be 45 degrees and the pipe was supposed to go 12ft from the house but was only 6ft (I had to fix on my own). The soil was not compacted down as the team said I wouldn't need it and it would be fine. A month later after a few rainfalls, the soil had settled 10"+ and is erroding my paving stone walkway. The sump pump works (the soil directs water to the house and the pump runs often) yet my basement is still dry. I reached out to George and RCC team and they have ignored my requests to come fix the issue even though the contract states they would fix settling of backfill. I thought these guys would be reputable being a Mike Holmes contractor and being in the news a lot. But the experience I had leaves me to not recommend these guys to anyone.

I called Ash in September about our 27 yr old furnace and whether it would be safe to run in the upcoming winter. He did not try to upsell me on replacing a furnace at that time and recommended I run it until it needs replacing along with providing me with other options and information on the old furnace. Two months later, after completing major renovations in our house, the furnace was short cycling and the blower failed. Ash's team was able to come within a few days and replace the furnace. The team was very clean and meticulous in the work they were doing and their price was definitely fair compared to others.

Adam cleaned out our gutters on our very high roof and was able to help in taking photos of the serial numbers on our skylights (since we couldn't get to them) - incase we needed warranty work on them). Unfortunatly h wasn't able to clean one side of our house due to the previous owners installing an aluminum gutter guard. Will have to get those removed in the future, to clean those gutters properly.

We used Anta last May to do quite a bit of plumbing work on our house that we were renovating. Vlad and team showed up exactly when scheduled, provided a very competitive quote and did the work exactly as they said they would without cutting corners. Vlads team replaced the old lead water main that burst and flooded the basement with 3/4" copper, replaced the iron sewage stack and clay sewage line (entire basement) with ABS to the citys connection, and installed a backflow valve. All permits were taken out by Anta including the backflow valve rebate from the city. I would use Anta again for any plumbing work in the future.
