reverse osmosis trouble shooting
Ron came over and fixed our poorly set-up reverse osmosis system and looked over our softener and filtration system. And he replaced the filters for me - much more quickly than I would have, but gave me instructions so I could do it myself next time. Great service, was there at the beginning of the window he had given me. Excellent price for the service. I highly recommend him.
Fireplace cleaning and inspection
I called them out to clean our ducts and clean and inspect two fireplaces. They were very thorough with the fireplaces, making sure to look at all parts on the roof. The servicemen were professional and on time, their overview with me was understandable and very thorough.
Rick was very accomodating, very patient. We got over 5 quotes, and theirs was by far the best. Installation was seamless and the installers were very quick and professional. They worked around our timeline, and showed us every possible sample of granite until we were convinced we had chosen the right colour.
