We had a very big tree in the backyard that was rotting and falling in pieces in the yard and on the roof. It was time to take it out and Up and Oak was quick to respond to my request and got all the permits taken care of. They came in and had the tree down and stump ground long before I got home from work. It was like there never was a tree there to start. Everything was clean and tidy, no mess and literally no trace of the tree that was once there. Darryl is friendly and really knows his stuff I would trust he and his crew to take down any tree without any reservations! Great experience, reasonable price and awesome service! I am in the Guild and had three old and large ash trees infected with Ash Borer. They were becoming dangerous. Shady Lane was prompt, fast and efficient. John was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He knew everything about trees and the disease. They identified the ash borer problem, got rid of the three trees and ground the stumps down. They were also good at clean up afterwards and were careful with the trees close to my house. I also found their prices reasonable. They did a great job and i would recomend them to anyone who needed to get a tree removed! Thanks again Shady Lane!
