We are thrilled. Night fell on the day that the team wrapped up, leaving us with completed exterior paint and stucco work and we just didnt want to sleep and stay outside, admiring our house. Thanks Cosmopolitan Construction! It was wonderful being able to choose the colours we desired, and add the painting and caulking to the stucco work we wanted. We appreciate having a quick and friendly quote at the house, a detailed estimate, our questioned answered, and work efficiently executed by such a friendly and hard-working crew! Don Valley Stone (Rauf) was a terrific company to work with: from initial concept and design to moving forward with demo and a construction plan. While we had a clear picture of what we wished for with our homes curb-appeal, Rauf had many terrific and creative ideas to share and blend in with ours. He has an eye for mixing mediums; hardscaping with pavers, stones, and cement, colour coordination, and can rally a crew together to complete the full picture. We are very pleased with (and proud of) the exterior of our house now that we have a new porch with full gable roof above, glass railings, a lovely garden bed, and beautiful walkway. The corner finishes clad with real stone were trusted to him and his crew. We are so happy with the quality of the materials, the workmanship, and the results.
