Alex is not only a kind and caring person but also a knowledgeable and excellent roofer. I'm so glad I found him. We had some issues with our flat roof holding some water on one end. Alex came by and after inspection told me that it's not anything to worry about right now. He then inspected the roof further and noticed an issue I hadn't noticed, that the roof was actually loose and lifting from one end/part. He said that was actually an issue and that it would need to be immediately addressed. In fact, we noticed some water was already starting to get underneath, which was concerning. Thankfully it hadn't yet become a problem/there was no leak from the ceiling underneath. Alex helped seal that part of the roof and even came back a couple of weeks later to check on it again to make sure everything was alright. He goes above and beyond what you'd expect and is very generous with his time and expertise. His prices are also very fair. When the time comes to replace the roof, we'll definitely be doing the work through him. Thank you so much, Alex!

What can I say about Jeff and his excellent work that hasn’t been said? He was timely, thorough, professional, kind, and did a great job. We had an old cracked acrylic skylight that needed to be replaced, and we needed a new vent on the roof to attach to the bathroom fan. Jeff arrived to inspect the situation and offer a quote, and at the same time placed a tarp over the cracked skylight to make sure there were no leaks while we waited for the new skylight to arrive. He did the work when he said he would, finished on time, and the end product looks great and seems to be doing its job as it should. Jeff is honest and responsive over email and phone and that was important to us. I feel confident he will be responsive in the future if there are any issues. His quote was also highly competitive. You won’t be disappointing hiring him. I wholeheartedly recommend him and have already done so to all my friends looking to install skylights or replace old ones.
