This is the second time we have had Serhiy and Tornado plumbing out for work, a few years back they did a fantastic job replacing (upgrading) our water intake line. This time it was for a drain pipe replacement and they once again were nothing short of amazing. We needed to have our drain pipe replaced (outside) due to a crack and roots that were causing issues. I had a quote from another company that seemed a little off so I called Serhiy at Toranado on a Saturday morning and he arrived very quick within 1 hour. Serhiy is a fantastic person to work with and was the same as in our first dealings with him in 2018; patient, answers all questions, provided options for the work in terms of need and cost effectiveness. He generated a quote within 15 minutes and it was much more reasonable and fair than previous quotations. On the day the work was to be done, his crew led by Bogdan arrived on time, worked incredibly hard to get all the digging and work done and finished the job earlier than expected. Mid day I for a call from Serhiy to check in and see if I had any questions, he arrived shortly after to inspect the job before all trenches were filled and answer any questions I had. A fantastic project to say the least. Niall and his crew did a phenomenal job on our front porch. From demolition to framing and finally finishing the crew was very hard working, professional and meticulous at each aspect of the project. Niall was open to input in regards to design from the start, was always available to discuss changes or adjustments and frequently checked in with us as it was clear he really cared to be 100% positive we were satisfied. Our project was completed on time as agreed and I can say it was an absolute pleasure working with Niall and his crew at Carpentry at It’s Best. My experience with Tornado Plumbing was absolutely exceptional. I called Sergey to assess the work required to have our old 1/2 water service line replaced and upgraded to 3/4 inch and new meter installed. Sergey arrived promptly and on time to quote and was very willing to explain all work required and answers questions that I had. I found his quote compared to others to be fair and he seemed to be more enthusiastic about completing this work compared to several other companies we had out. Sergey and his crew arrived on time, were kind and courteous and without a doubt work hard. The job was completed in one day and required significant digging in both the front and basement of the house. It's clear that Sergey and his crew care about their customers' experience and value a job well done. Once the job was complete the crew took the time to return my garden back to it's original state, cleaned all working areas and Sergey even stayed after the work was complete the go over everything and answer questions.

Straight up Masonry came to the rescue in more than one way for us. From first point of contact Crystal is amazing, organized, understanding and accommodating. When our chimney needed to be rebuilt she arranged an estimate very quickly and answered all our questions. She also arranged a tentative date and placed me on an emergency waitlist, which she remembered and squeezed me in shortly when a cancellation came. Straight Up Masonry’s quote was very reasonable and as promised Tony arrived as scheduled (even a bit early) and completed the work on time and the clean up was so fantastic that it didn’t even look as if any work had been done. As requested Tony bagged the chimney with amazing precision and even after Hurricane Sandy’s destruction there were no leaks from the chimney and no issues as we were waiting for a roofer to complete some warranty work on the flashing around our chimney. Once the bagging around the chimney was removed, the bricks and craftsmanship was without a doubt flawless and Straight Up Masonry is nothing less than perfection. I even had a question more than a week after the job was done, emailing Straight Up with a question and was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone response from Tony himself within 2 hours from my initial email question.
