I purchased an item in December of 2021 online and was told it would take 16 weeks for delivery. After the 16 week period I was told the item would take another two to three months to arrive. At this point I demanded a refund and was told that I would be charged at 10% fee. For what? For an item I never received!? After a couple of calls with customer service I was able to get a full refund.
