I am relying to Ecotech Windows and Doors response as requested. First, I will not change or update my review to "something more positive" as you have requested. Second, I did not sign the order/contract my husband because I am still relearning to print & write my name as a result of brain surgery. Third, I never went you our website, my husband thought he had googled a different company. Third, your company picked up the deposit my husband had sighed and left out for me provide to you. I seen the cheque my husband left for me to give you and that was another reason I questioned my husband. Forth, the back sliding glass door is not "working perfectly fine" as you indicated hence the reasons you have had to come out to fix it 6 times; and the second time the seal, the bush part was off the track hence the reason one of supervisors & workers came out to our home and he even apologized what has occurred. Your reply comment "we have been out to your place to appease you" allow me to remind you the windows & doors have a warranty on your product and I call as many times as needed to have it fixed. What is really disturbing is your new response where you use a charity to assist in benefiting your claim, not only do I support this charity but I was one of individuals who was asked to be on the board of directors and was also part of the rebranding of the new charity name & logo. Clearly you don't know that the charity name & logo has changed a few years ago. It's unsettling that you would attempt use this to benefit claim by using a terminal illness, my illness Glioblastoma brain cancer that I fight every single day. With all this back and forth you caused me to have a focal seizure yesterday. I would also remind you our bank had assisted us when you kept stalling with the delay of installation because you weren't honouring the install date and continued to blame the pandemic as you continued to take orders. Our bank was the one who assisted in setting up a claim where you had 14 days to do something and if not they would reverse our deposit. You didn't like that I spoke the truth as to what really happened and are trying to force me to write a better review. We will be using another company to finish off the rest of our windows but you will still have to honour the contract and warranty for the ones you installed.

We interviewed five different contractors for our basement renovation, there was no hesitation choosing Just Basements after meeting with the contractor Mr. Ehlers.  His integrity and professionalism  was far above the other competitors. We had a vision of what we wanted and Mr. Ehlers carefully designed a look that would maximize our space and within our budget.  The workmanship was top quality and all staff were extremely professional and helpful. The outcome was far better than we could have imagined. We continue to receive compliments on the quality of work and design, and have been asked for Just Basements contact information on numerous occasions.   We would definitely hire Just Basements for future renovations.
