Joe and his colleague did a fine job installing our custom glass shower enclosure. His quote was very reasonably priced. However, the quote was only written on the back of a business card and the deal had to be done in cash. When I asked about warranty on the installation, I was told "life time" warranty and just call them if there are any issues. About a month later when we finally started using the shower, we've noticed a leak on the wall. I wasn't sure if the leak was a builder issue or Joe's. I decided to call Joe to see if he will stand by his products. I had a hard time trying to reach him, but when I finally did, he just told me to text him my address and he will get back to me. He never did even after a subsequent follow-up, and I could tell from the conversation that he was not happy about having to come back to check. Needless to say, I would not recommend them because if there's anything wrong with the installation after they're gone, you're on your own.

These guys were very professional from booking to job completion. I can see that they were very thorough with their cleaning and made sure to explain to me what was included in the cleaning (their website is also very helpful and detailed). During the setup they also pointed out a small wasp nest by the basement window, which was good to know so I could do something about it. Price was reasonable, you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Jacky was a patience & knowledgable sales rep, he was nice to deal with (although evidently he had many appointments that day and I was probalby taking too much of his time). The AC installation was done in half a day by 2 guys, and I have not had any problems since the install 2 months ago. The price was also very reasonable, I would recommend their service.

Wilson and his crew did a great job staining and finishing my stairs, installing pot lights, and some hardwood floors. From the beginning to the end, they have been very professional and pleasant to deal with. Wilson stands by his work, he has no problem coming back to touch up on things when asked. They didn't leave any mess behind and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Wilson to my friends and family.

When my parents was selling their house back in 2009, the buyer brought Keith in to inspect our house. I was impressed by how thorough he was, and asked him for his business card in case we need him in the future. I've gotten married since and bought a new home. The first thing that came in mind was to get Keith to inspect our new home. Keith was very punctual, and paid special attention to a major kitchen tiling issue with the builder that I have brought up. He pays great attention to details and really saved me a lot of $ and trouble down the road when it comes time to sell the home (as now I can get the builder to fix them while still covered by Tarion). I would highly recommend Keith to my friends & famililes.

I found Herc through HomeStars and let me start off by saying that all the positive reviews I read here are true. Herc went way above and beyond what I had expected and then some more. Both my wifr and I are throughly impressed with both Herc himself as person and also his work. He is very pleasant, professional, and genuine. Due to my other renovations going on, I've caused him a lot of inconvenience and prolonged his install, but Herc was very understanding and tried his best to work his way around. His prices are very reasonable and also gave us some really useful accessories. He saw that my wife couldn't reach the top shelves and was thoughtful enough to give her a small stool! After the first day of install, he had a family emergency that I would have understand if he had to come back to finish the job when everything was settled, but he insisted to come back on the originally scheduled date to finish the work. I am glad I gave GeorgiaPeach a call when I needed custom closets, and have already recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you Herc!
