Earlier this summer I moved into a resale home and to my surprise my AC did not work. The week we closed seems to have been the hottest we have seen this summer so the house was just too hot to move my family in. I called around in a bit of a panic and found Craig and his company through another website. I spoke with Craig a number of times and he could not have been more helpful at any hour of the day and even on a Sunday. With a little bit of luck he was able to shift some previously scheduled jobs around and ended up having his guys start and complete my installations on Canada day. I hired Skip based on the referral from a close friend. I relied on Skip’s expertise to design and build a custom wall unit for my basement that would house a fireplace, my A/V equipment and also have room for whatever else we wanted to display. I had some ideas and some pictures but really had no idea what my options were. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions and I had a lot, he had plenty of samples on hand to show me what he can do and was very helpful with suggestions during the design phase when I wasn’t sure which way I wanted to go. The final product of Skip’s effort has honestly exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t be happier with it and have already referred some friends to him.
