The response to my request was very quick. Haris came the next day to check what needed to be done and returned the following day to do the repair. Communication was very good as he explained what he planned to do and how. He also phoned in advance to let me know when he was coming over. And he did come when he said he would. He took before and after pictures so that I could see what had been done.

I had Pratema's company do a fence job for me in 2019. They did a good job then so I expected the same this time and was not disappointed. The start date for the work came within days of the quote. They showed up on time and completed the work in two days. I'm quite happy with the results.
