Goodfellow Cleaners on Earl Armstrong Dr. is a very well run small business. The staff are exceptionally helpful, from dry cleaning to alternations which is an indication of superb management. I am an accountant and understand organizational behaviour. Productive and helpful staff are clear indicators of good management. They handle the most delicate of fabrics and will advise if an item cannot be fully cleaned. On many occasions the staff will make three or four attempts to remove almost impossible stains. I take my most expensive clothing and items such as delicate curtains to them and the items come out spotless. The staff never lose or mix up items. On leather coats, Goodfellow will arrange to ship them to out of town specialists who are skilled in dealing with such products. All in all, I rate this company five stars. Ken
