3D's was quick to respond to request and arranged a time to come out for an estimate. Darcy provided me with a couple options (new units, repair) and discussed the pros/cons with me as well as longer term considerations and maintenance to ensure smooth operation for a long time. He provided a couple of estimates later that day and identified when he could fit us in for the work, which was surprisingly quick if we could accommodate him on the weekend. He answered several questions on the estimates promptly. We agreed to one of the estimates and on the work day. They contacted me the day before the work day confrim we were still good for the schedule, and then arrived about 30 minutes earlier... which wasn't a problem at all for us. They went to work immediately and once the work was completed, gave me a "tour" of the unit, maintenance and also demonstration/validation that all is well. These guys are courteous, prompt and effective. They provided options some of the other companies didnt bother with. Will definitely call them in the future
