I have a building (actually a large old house) with four units in it. Thankfully, we have never had roaches, rats or any of the 'bad' critters, but we have had mice and also carpenter ants (very hard to get rid of). Richard at Orkin is my saviour! He is VERY thorough and also very knowledgable in his craft and has kept our building 'clean' for several years now (we have signed on for the ongoing home protection plan). I HIGHLY recommend the nice folks at Orkin, namely Patricia in the office, and also Richard who is our technician.

The lights went out in a tenant's apartment and after doing the usual things like checking the fuses etc. nothing was working so I looked on Homestars to find a DECENT electrician, and I found one! Alex quickly came to the rescue and saved the day. He was fast, efficient, polite and extremely knowledgable. And what's more, the price was right! Thank you Alex!!
