Genie provided a diagnosis after our furnace died. Based on their assessment, we decided to replace our furnace. Our decision was validated when the extent of the damage was made apparent after the old furnace was taken out. Overall, Waseem was responsive, easy to communicate with, and answered my questions throughout the whole process.
