Used this company for over 5 years with no issues until now. Their technician installed my devices to the door. After awhile they stopped working and I’m told I have to wait two weeks to get service for their error. Rick who is supposed to be a manager continued to put the blame on us, even though we did not install the devices to the door. Not willing to try and get someone in here faster to solve the issue they caused. Very disappointed and will be cancelling this service.
