Sales service was good. Installation team arrived on time. During installation we asked about finishing and they said it was too late, converse to what sales had said. We were told we could decide that day - and discuss with installers. Windows left unfinished. Direct paid for additional expense for the contractor to finish after the fact. Additionally, we found a broken / cut head from our sprinkler system. Required to be fixed by our sprinkler system company. Direct reimbursed.
