Kai from SSH came by, did an audit of my existing smoke alarms (which were thankfully all up to date), and then installed the free Nest Protect. He was excellent. Not pushy, but knowledgeable. He even corralled my kids and gave them a fire safety lesson. Will definitely reach out to Kai again if I need more smart home help. TBD what the real catch is with this free Nest Protect install. Maybe it's the skeptic in me. But so far, SSH and especially their tech Kai, were a pleasure to deal with.

We are very happy with the service that Cosmopolitian provided us. Their customer service was great. Our technician's name was Ather and we would definitely reco him. He was pleasant to deal with and gave us a lot of extra tips on how to look after our furnace. But we were most impressed by his job of installing our humidifier. It was clearly done by someone that takes pride in his work. He also always calls before he shows up, is on time, and is someone we will continue to turn to for our furnace needs.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. From the first telephone call, to them arriving when they said they would, to not breaking anything or scratching any walls, to being friendly and courteous, to checking with us at the end of the move if we needed anything moved again (into a different room). Will recco to anyone that asks.
