Our samsung dryer started making some squeaking noises and after a self repair of what i thought was the issue, the noise persisted. So after finding this company through Google, i gave them a call. They were quick to respond and sent the technician in a couple of hours and he arrived on the promised time. Figured out the issue ( a bad roller) and fixed it promptly for a very fair price. Our dryer is now nice and quiet. The technician also gave me a couple of tips on keeping our machine running smoothly. I will definitely use their service again for our appliance repair needs whenever it arises. They're professional, reliable and reasonably priced

This was my second time using Touchwood movers. Booking was a breeze, however getting a confirmation was a bit of a hassle. No one ever answered when i called the listed number and the voicemail box was full. However, when I emailed I got a confirmation! The movers were very communicative and efficient. They took great care not to damage any of my furniture by wrapping everything and even went the extra mile to make sure my plants were safe!! I really appreciate their hard work and will be using this company for my next move!
