Six years ago (2015) we used this company and Tony did great work with our old Jenn-Air stove. The last two weeks (July 2021) I have tried to make an appointment with these people to no avail. Twice I filled out their online request for service. Each time I got response to send my home address and an indication that a booking is possible. However, none came despite my following up with phone calls (leave message only, thank-you) and four emails. Avoid - seems theses folks are not really in business any more.
