He was respectful of the neighbours by playing quiet music and speaking quietly and he always cleaned up at the end of the day and left a sticky note to communicate the work that was done and upcoming. His carpentry is top notch quality as was remarked by friends. When we found a weakness in the home wood framing, Noel added a support beam to ensure the deck was well supported. After the work was completed I noticed a piece of wood sticking out near the stair landing and he came over to cut off the piece and made sure we were 100% satisfied.
