I had a window that would not open and two screens that needed replacing. Tony did a good job replacing one screen. He was able to open the window but then was unable to put pieces back in. The window DOES open but will now fall out of the frame. He was unable to replace the second screen as he bent the frame. The window that DID open, now has the same pieces laying on the sash and will also fall out of the frame. I needed one window fixed and two screens repaired. I now need a new frame for the screen as well as a new screen and two windows fixed! Tony told me that I would need to contact someone else to fix my windows, grabbed his supplies and hurried out of the house without invoicing
