The company was very responsive to my call, even though they were in the busiest time of year at the end of November. Their price was better than the other companies we had quote. The work was done quickly and thoroughly and without leaving a mess. Both Brian who we spoke to on the phone and the person who came to do the work were pleasant, knowledgable and professional.

We are very happy with our experience with Cozy World. Boris the salesperson and the 2 installers were very thorough and professional. We now have a new 2-speed furnace which does a more even job of heating our home and also uses less fuel and electricity. We feel we got the right furnace for our particular situation and Cozy World's price was better than the the other 2 companies we had quote. The day of installation went smoothly and they left the room relatively clean, despite having to drill through the cement and brick wall to put in the new exhaust pipes in.
