I have been dealing with Metalex for many years and have always been very happy with their prompt, friendly, efficient service and how they stand behind their products. Recently the back security door that I purchased from Metalex many years ago had a problem with the door handle which caused it to stick and could not be opened. Frank the installer unstuck the door so I could use it until a replacement part could be found. The door is 20 years old and Metalex does not use that door hardware anymore. He found the part and promptly made the repairs. This level of service is consistent with my experience with this company over the years.

Last week my back security door which I bought from them several years ago would not unlock. It was the weekend and Metalex was closed but I found the number of Joe the door installer on the Metalex invoice and gave him a call. It was his day off but he came over, fixed the lock and even oiled my other security door. This level of service is consistent with my experience with this company over the years.
