MEPS Air Quality company was hired to come to our house, check and clean our home air system (furnace, duct, vents, etc). A few days before the scheduled date, we got a phone call a from them to remind us. Then on the scheduled date, the appointment was at 9 AM, we got another courtesy call from them 20 minutes before just to confirm that they will be at our place on time. At 9 O’clock, they were ringing the doorbell. Then, the 3 men crew got into the house, completed their work and within an hour and half they were done. Just to show how quiet and professional they were, when they arrived my kids were still in their beds sleeping. They completed their work (even in the kids room) and left the kids were still sleeping. They were polite, professional, and explained all the process to us before starting the work. After they were gone, later that day in the afternoon we received follow up phone call from MEPS Air Quality head office. They wanted to know how things went with their staff, if the work was well done, if we were satisfied with the work. Thank you MEPS Air Quality for your professionalism! Keep up the good work!
