Damaged my house and won’t return my money
I hired this technician to replace my bathroom fan. He came over to make his assessment and charged $300 on the spot for parts and labour - even though the service was not going to be completed on the same day. While there, he stepped on an area of the house he was not invited to, that had just received a fresh coat of protective paint on the floor. He refused to pay to repair it, around $2100, plus, he refused to give the money back for the service we asked him to cancel. I would caution being very careful working with this company. He wouldn’t own up to the issue, claiming it was someone else, but the worst part was his refusal to cancel his service and the refund. Such a headache!

Hi, according to our technician you did not inform him of any paint on the floor, nor was there any sign indicating wet paint. You also said you will be in the garage to get garbage bags for the old fans, and the technician followed you to the garage to help. Also, that damage could not be from a footstep, as the technician took more than a few steps and the picture you attached ( and he has it too) was the only “damage” on the floor and dose not look like footprint with socks. The electrical work we agreed on was already begun and was almost done, and we love to finish it for you if you pay the remaining of the agreed amount.
We return the fans and the money with NO charge since October 25.
