HIRE THESE GUYS. Ok, I’ll stop yelling now, but seriously, if you need quality work from real folks with real experience, that don’t have to communicate with you through a “boss”/middle man… HIRE AUDIO AMIGOS (ok no more yelling I promise)! I tried a couple of Homestar’s top ranked places first – but they were telling me I had a 4-6 week wait. Perhaps, because I had my gear already, so it was a small job. That is just speculation on my part, but I can’t imagine how anyone can be ranked so high when they take over a month for the most basic stuff, but I digress! The Audio Amigo guys were prompt, professional, and well, just awesome human beings. Anthony & Mike listened to my requests and then simply worked their magic - and magic it was. They did an amazing job with the install, and then went on to tidying up a mess of exposed wires on another unit. When I showed my wife how they fixed it all up, I had to turn the TV on to prove to her it all still worked! Needless to say we are thrilled with the results. I will definitely be working with them again, and would certainly recommend them without hesitation. If you have home theatre needs, save yourself time and start with Audio Amigos – you won’t be disappointed!

I would definitely recommend Templar’s services to anyone. They will certainly be my go to company for mould issues moving forward. We recently got a surprise when replacing our washer/dryer. When we pulled the old ones out, we found black mould lurking on the wall behind. I quickly attacked it with bleach, and consulted Homestars for an expert. Calling through the top ranked options for mould specialists, Templar stood out to me as being good communicators, and forthcoming with the typical minimum costs. Robert was very helpful fielding the initial call, and put David in touch with us to arrange inspection (and likely some drywall removal/stud cleaning). David came and inspected our issue. He was very personable, and was completely honest. He confirmed my hope, that it was simply surface mould, and our initial bleach attack had been sufficient. He could have totally cut away a pile of dry wall and made it look like he was earning what I expected to pay based on the phone consultation. Instead, the visit was quick, and I was charged a small but fair fee for their time and effort. The resulting peace of mind is priceless to our family.

The folks at Spring Home are true professionals that stand behind their work. I tasked them with resurrecting a problematic steam humidifier. In other words, I hired them to fix someone else’s mistake. It wasn’t an easy job, or position to be in, but they handled it with class and completed the job successfully. My family is extremely grateful to have humidity in our home again, and will definitely stick with Spring Home for our future HVAC needs!
