We had Basement Builders develop our basement earlier in 2021. Overall, we were satisfied with most of the work done. The project was completed on time and budget. After the job was completed, we had some concerns with the temperature in our basement. We brought them up with Basement Builders but they were not interested in addressing them seriously We called one of their main competitors and even though we had worked with someone else, they made some good suggestions and agreed to work with us. Even though it cost us more and took longer than planned, we are now very happy with our basement.

We had Bo and Reimagine builders redo part of our basement to improve the warm and enjoyability of our recently developed basement. We originally had the basement developed earlier in 2021 by one of Bo’s main competitors. The project was completed on time and budget. At the end of the job, we had some concerns with the temperature in our basement. We wanted to make some changes to improve things, but the original contractor was not interested in working with us anymore. We called Bo and even we worked with someone else, he came by, made some good suggestions and agreed to work with us. Despite the fact it was a relatively small job, the work was professionally planned and executed. His team went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% happy. This was a step change improvement from the experience we had with our original contractor. My biggest regret is not working with Bo in the first place. Don’t make the same mistake, just call Bo.
