I purchased Tank less Water Heater from Furnace and Ac Direct couple of years back and I am having regular maintenance each year. Last week my Water Heater stopped working in a mid night, I simply called Furnace and Ac Direct customer support and found very good response as they have promised me at the time of purchase. I found their 24x7 customer support department very quick and energetic even at mid night. They arranged a technician for me with in 5 hours at around 7'o clock early in the morning without charge. I am very much impressed with their policy of customer relation.
