After sweep was done the cover of the chimney was hanging off and eventually fell off. After contacting the company a couple of times, I was told they would fix it, and got no shows. Called back and they told me they couldnt go on the roof! Had to hire someone else to fix it and spend another $100. Receptionist at the office needs to get organzied. I have rental properties and would never use this company again
