We had been using our over-the-range style microwave (Frigidaire) for 10 years - it finally gave out. The power and lights and everything was working fine, but the food won't heat up inside. I found Sergei's reviews here and gave him a call, and he was able to schedule a visit with clear rate descriptions. Sergei gave us a call prior to his visit to us, and showed up as scheduled. Sergei came prepared - he had already expected some possible causes of the issues and had already purchased required parts when he showed up. Within an hour we had a working microwave! He was able to fix the issue in an economical way, which we appreciated very much. Sergei's service is very reasonable and dependable.
