This is not a professional company. I cannot recommend them. Marcel was quick to win my business, but his customer service was downhill from there. The moment he was paid, he dodged all calls, text messages, and emails. He claimed a 10 year warranty but gave nothing in writing and dodged being asked for it once I realized it was missing. If you're thinking "well, some people complain about anything", I'd like to add other points of difficulty for me: (1) He started the work 2 weeks late. (2) His crew left a royal mess with over 100 metal shards and debris on the property (including in gardens) even when asked to clean up, and then claimed he'd clean up the next day which is completely unacceptable given kids run around the property. It took me 1.5h to comb the property. (3) His team left numerous tools behind and didn't take certain waste with them (he had to be asked before being paid to do so). (4) His team left unused metal on the roof that blew off on a windy day after he was paid. He wouldn't even acknowledge or come see whether the piece was needed. (4) His work leaked in one place, but he wouldn't come back to fix it, so it needed duct taping by me. (5) His invoice is hand written with no mention of warranty. (6) He has no company email or website. So why did I do business with him? He struck me as down to earth and had a reasonable price. The work quality was average, but everything above weighed heavily against it. Such a shame, as he seemed like he'd be good.

Wow, what customer service! It began with Sam the sales and account manager who bent over backwards over 10 months, darting in and out of large reno project to make sure every need was met and every complication was properly dealt with. This was service beyond our high expectations. I mean, early morning and evening status calls, emails at all hours of the day, meeting on site repeatedly, you name it, he did it. Product recommendations and prices were bang on and awesome, as I cross referenced with 2 other top rated HomeStars vendors. They're not "cheap", but we like paying for quality service. Then came the technicians, with Tiger leading the project. He listened, brainstormed, and took as much care as he could muster on this complex project. We have a small footprint that needed very tricky routing of supply and ventilation for our furnace and tankless hot water system. The whole crew was so professional, revisiting as needed and measuring carefully so we could deal with every request. That included supply vents running through cabinets to remain hidden behind cabinet doors. The list goes on and on. On any project of this size, things go wrong and people miss things. However, it's how George (the owner) and all the crew dealt with each situation that really stands out to us, and we've seen many a contractor in our days. We were treated like 5-star clients so they earned a top review. Look no further!
