These people may do great jobs with backyard landscape but please take a look at our flagstone stairs they installed. Pictures show their workmanship. We look at this everyday and We regret paying them when they finished the job. It looks horrible! These stains are from??? Flagstone doesn’t even line up on the corner. When we walk it’s hollow sounding too They never came back meaning they don’t stand behind their work.

As we mentioned to you when we replied back to your previous review, We do stand up behind our work and we showed up at your property last year October 17th, 2020 for repairs and damages even it was clearly showing from railing installation. We appreciate your relative business and referrals (bother + cousin) and calling us this year again to do another job for them, flagstone and other Stone installation. If it was not for our quality of work we will not be called again this years September 2021. We treated you the same way as all our customers. If it would been any warranty it will not be covering stains, it has been 3 years now already, we are contractors we install stones we do not manufacture them, stones were your choice, customers choose stones and colours from variety of companies and suppliers, we give suggestions and advises in term of quality but the rest is up to the customers budget. you should be more careful of what you use on your stairs so they do not stain. We use cement beneath the flagstone with the same thickness evenly or tiles will be up and down, we leave no gap to be hollow. We will not allow falls accusation to hurt our reputation we do the best we can to make our customers happy and call us for more work and build good relationships.
