My wife and I needed new ideas and products for redoing our bedroom. Cavalier had some really great linen and accent products for the space at reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and knowledgable.
After several years our Living room couch needed to be replaced. It grew sad and tired looking but we live in a small condo and we recalled how difficult it was finding condo sized furniture. Quick trips to local furniture retailers confirmed that condo sized furniture was still a challenge. We then thought of reupholstering. Da Silva offered a great selection of materials and a good price. After less than a week we had our comfy couch back but it looked a felt great
Our under mounted kitchen sink suddenly came away from our counter top. Quick calls to many plumbing firms in Yellow Pages indicated that few had the skills to address. We did find one other who wanted $350 plus several days to fix. We called Lampert to get another quote. They quoted us $200 or less and had a man there in less than 2 hours. He cleaned away the old silicone glue, reattached the sink and installed some wooden supports to keep it in place. Two days later he is back to remove the supports and ensure the glue binds....the best thing the price was only $175. Great job, no fuss no mess.

When we moved into our new condo (bought from plans) we realized our daughter's bedroom was smaller than expected. We wanted something functional so went to see The Home Organizers who drew up a plan involving a Murphy bed and desk and lots of storage space. They did a professional installation and the room looks beautiful. We have subsequently used them in the den and our walk in closet.
Our Dryer started making a terrible rattling noise one evening. Consulted the Yellow Pages and discovered Appliance Doctor had the fastest service (within 2 hours). Jason quickly found the problem and showed me how to address it should it ever happen again. I'm embarrassed to admit I left some loose change in my jean pockets that found their way into the system.
Woke up to an irritating drip, drip, drip in the kitchen. I always get a knot in my stomach when I have to call a tradesman for service because I know it's going to cost a lot. Called several plumbers in the area and had to leave a message or they could not provide same day service. I tried High Park Plumbing and they arrived within an hour, fixed my leaking MOEN faucet and only charged me $50 including parts and labour. Thank You,
