Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company. Where do I start, they take full payment of their product before its installed and unpackaged so you dont have the opportunity to see how terrible their products are. Theyll fool you by showing you the showroom items and state it looks the same. Im a contractor and Ive dealt with more than 15 kitchen companies and Amasen is by far the worst company. Total I owed was roughly $17,500 including installation. They received a total of $15,500 from me. Their contract states final payment due within 1 week after installation, their installers finished at 11PM on a Saturday night when I was home with my family. Because I was not there at 11pm they allowed their installers to take my cabinet doors with them and say until 2000$ is paid you dont get your doors. I stated, your contract says within 1 week after installation and it was 11PM at night, I said if they can come while Im here to install my cabinet doors back on the payment is ready immediately. Sammi proceeded to hang up on me and refused to do so. Stated I must pay in advance then theyll install the cabinets. Meanwhile the contact fully states everything and they already took $15,500 and expect FULL payment without my product. The $15,500 was payment for all material (which they took although it was paid in full) as well as $2000 out of the $4000 for installation (not completed) Aside from all this, the sizing for my appliances is all wrong, shelving is too small and falling apart, caulking looks like an infant did it. These guys are a group of take artists. Ive already filed a law suit against them and will be going after my full balance plus more. Below are some photos of what is being said by them. The photo which shows an opening of 28 is for a cooktop which was sent to be 28.5. Cabinet doors missing are what they decided to tale and emails self explanatory. The above are all facts and will be proven in court. Any slander or defamation from Amasen cabinets against myself and my company will be a complete separate law suit. Whatever they respond to this, just know its them trying to cover up. I can post many more documents relating to this and will continue to. Amasen, return 50% of my money to avoid further issues legally and publicly and I will take the other 50% as a loss. See you in court.

First of all, we guarantee that what we supply has exactly the same quality as showroom display. If you've noticed any discrepancies, please provide specific details and evidence so we can address them promptly.

We supplied our cabinets according to the appliances specs you have supplied. In case they don’t fit, you could always come to us to find a solution in the first place. We are responsible to make sure the appliances fit & do any adjustments to our cabinets if needed. BUT instead of coming to us for a solution, you have directly threatened us which DOES NOT make any sense to us & made us think you are trying to cause problems & NOT paying what you’ve agreed to pay.

We completed the cabinet installation on Saturday July 13th. The homeowner had inspected everything after my installer completed. Then we called you & texted you multiple times. And you didn’t show up AS PROMISED. We attempted to contact you multiple times after installation for the final balance, as agreed upon, but were unsuccessful. This led to the unfortunate removal of two cabinet doors due to outstanding payments. At that time, there was also a cabinet balance of $1791.2 remains unpaid which was made clear that it was due upon delivery of the cabinets BEFORE the cabinet installation. If you are not comfortable with our payment terms, we won’t force you to deal with us. Your behaviour made us doubt that you don’t want to pay the agreed amount in the first place. I had made clear that as soon as you pay us the balance, we will install the 2 missing doors. We just can’t trust you anymore since you have broken your promises multiple times.

You claimed that we were at fault, yet instead of contacting us immediately to resolve the issue, you chose to publicly make unsubstantiated accusations online. This behavior only raises doubts about your intention to settle the matter in good faith. We will take legal actions against ANY baseless accusations!

At this point, we think taking legal actions would be the better option as we will both be protected. We weren’t trying to cause any problems, we just want to be fair & we will also be responsible for what we should be. In the meantime, we will not tolerate with any form of extortion!
