Avoid this company! My wife called them to service our Samsung dishwasher that stopped working. The technician arrived on time and was friendly, but could not fix anything. He was confused by a wire on the bottom of the washer, and sent his supervisor the pic - he was also confused by this wire and could offer no help. The technician's only feedback was to call an electrician, as he was stumped by this "extra" wire. We spent $110 for absolutely nothing. We called Head Office asking them to send us a copy of the picture so we could send this mysterious wire to a proper electrician, and even after requesting the image twice, we received nothing - not to mention, we spent 12 minutes on hold before anyone even bothered to answer the call. This was despite making it clear that a broken dishwasher was a big problem for us, as we have newborn twins and many bottles to wash. The receptionist took my info and pretended to care about our situation, and 4 days later...still no picture (I'd have taken another pic myself, but it involved removing the washer and a side panel, and I'd already spent $110...might as well get something for it!) We hired a much more competent company the next day, and that mysterious wire turned out to be part of a normal dishwasher installation. The new company had us up and running within 35 minutes, and charged me less than these guys did for accomplishing nothing. Look elsewhere.

Rick was amazing. He responded to my voicemail within 30 minutes of me leaving it. He was onsite within 4 hours, which was important to us since we use our dishwasher to clean baby bottles for our newborn twins. Rick explained everything that he was doing, and was able to resolve the issue within an hour, charging us a reasonable rate for his time and significant expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Rick for future work, and recommend him for anyone needing an expert in appliance repair, who is also very honest. Thanks Rick!

Derek and his team were amazing. Derek was at my house within a couple of days of my inquiry and provided me with a reasonable quote. On the scheduled day of the work, Derek showed up right on time with a crew of 6-7 skilled guys. One of the trees was precariously leaning over my home, and the skill that Derek and his awesome team showed in safely dropping the tree was incredible. The other 3 large trees were dropped and chopped within a couple of hours, and all brush was shredded and taken away, and the stumps were all ground down below the ground surface. I will happily recommend Derek's Tree Service to anyone who needs a top notch, no BS arborist; and, I will definitely be using them again for future work on my property. Thanks, guys.

I hired Chris and Mike to paint my downtown condo before I sold it. Their work was fantastic, great attention to detail. They delivered on their quoted price, were very clean, and nice guys to work with. I will hire them again for my next painting job at my new house.
