Silver lining did a very good job installing an exterior sun shade on the second floor. They quoted a good hourly rate and charged me only for 1 hour, inspite of going slightly longer than an hour. I would use them again.

SMC Masonry fixed our leaky east wall which had been giving us problems for years. He provided very professional service, and worked with our roofing company, helping with the financing, to come up with a final solution to fix this problem. He did this, all the while dealing with serious family circumstances. SMC scores a solid 10 for his professionalism and dedication to their customers. I would highly recommend the SMC crew to anyone.
