Met the team at the home show and liked the little things that they did for their furnace installs: having a curve at the bottom of the air intake to direct air into the furnace, having the A/C coils up higher above the furnace to allow access to clean, etc. The equipment looked great too. The install went well, they ordered the wrong part and came back the next day to finish up so it would be perfect. They did have an issue reinstalling my humidifier but they came back to fix their error without complaining. Excellent service from an excellent team. Highly recommended.
