When I discovered that my 19 Year old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanged I call Ultra and the owner came out immediately to assess my furnace. I chose to replace the furnace due to it age and a rebate available from Carrier only until the end of this year when the furnace would become 20. I was given various options, the furnace was ordered and replace in less than a week. The actual work was expertly done in less than 4 hours leaving no trace of their work around the furnace. The old furnace was picked up with no inconvenience for me. The whole transaction was complete after being sure everything was working perfectly.
