When my air exchanger cracked I called Ultra for a quote on repairing or replacing my furnace. I received that advise that my Carrier furnace being 19 years old would still be old with the repair and that I would be entitled to a gift certificate to offset the cost of a new furnace from Carrier. Once I made the decision to replace my furnace the work was carried out within a few days once the appropriate equipment was found to further reduce any excess costs. The work was immaculate and done within the time frame quoted. All work area was left clean and my old furnace removed . I had worked with Ultra in the past and found them to be accompany of integrity. The
