Living in the UK but keeping an apartment in Toronto security was paramount. Pre-lock were brilliant and came out immediately to fix our locks. We found them to be reasonably priced and the service - particularly from Paul outstanding. When we had a problem with a mailbox lock they came out the morning of our call . I cannot recommend this company enough
