We called Andrew for the installation of a pottery kiln in our garage. A service upgrade would be required, plus important precautions would be necessary due to the high amperage of the kiln. Lights would be needed, to make from our garage a proper workspace. We knew we had to do this right. Andrew reviewed our needs and the kiln specification, and proposed a detailed work plan which he patiently explained, while navigating us through the locations in our house where wires would run, electric panels would be added or replaced, and light fixtures installed. Andrew executed the services exactly per the plan and per the cost estimate. When the kiln finally arrived, with little notice and after long delays, Andrew made himself available on the same week to complete the wire up. The inspection by the Electric Authority passed with zero issues. We are now firing our third batch of pottery at 1,200 Celsius, and all works fine – Andrew’s recommendations all proved right! We were gladly surprised by Andrew’s professionalism!
