I've moved house about once per year in the last 6 years so I know movers. I can tell you these were among the most professional and efficient movers I've encountered. They arrived early and worked non-stop until we were done. They travelled from the first location to the second without slowing down or taking breaks. It was a relatively small job but it had a very heavy countertop and bookcase and fragile items like a mirror and they handled all with care. They spent extra time with me to take apart a big bookcase with a tricky panel and avoided breaking it even when I had lost hope that it could be done. Excellent!

This was for a move of a condo from Toronto to London, with 2 movers. Advantages: - the movers worked professionally all day, and did not complain about a single item or issue. - the truck was the correct (or larger) size. In the past, movers have used too small a truck costing me >3hr moving time. - wrapped our furniture and glass tables in blankets. - packed the truck properly to ensure items didn't move. - had good equipment like cart, blankets, tools, etc. They put down carpets for them to walk on. (Several other movers I've used had little or no equipment and had to use mine.) - were very quick and strong in carrying heavy furniture to 2nd floor of destination home. - arrived at the destination very promptly (before me!). - worked continuously with hardly any breaks during a hard, 8.5hr day. (Except for the drive from Toronto to London.) - had modern mobile payment system for Visa. No haggling on price or hours required with these pros as the bill matched the quoted rate. Only 2 complaints: - they arrived 1/2 hr later than scheduled. They should allow for travel time in Toronto rush hour. - the estimate for moving time was far too low, at least 2-3hr. The quote was for 2 movers but was more accurate for 3 movers since I worked along with them continuously all day. I also moved 2 lockers by myself to the condo to reduce moving time, which originally were included in quote to be done by movers. However, I did not itemize all contents to help them make a more accurate estimate.
