Dave in Dundas

An annual service visit revealed that a drain trap was incorrectly installed and the humidifier was wired incorrectly. We were bill for 4 hours of work. I called the owner to question the amount of the bill given that the time spent was required to correct errors on the original installation of the furnace completed by Plancaster Heating and Air. The owner was rude in his tone and told me to look for another provider if I was not happy. This company does not stand behind the work they complete and treats anyone who questions them with disrespect.
