PAUL BISHOP REPAIRS was recommended to me by someone from my neighborhood. We had a leak in our roof, which occurred very rarely, only during a very heavy rain and a strong wind. Another roofer found a hole in the roof and fixed it, but after a while the leak reoccurred. We called Paul. He found that a small decorative window above the main window on the second floor was not sealed. He suggested to seal it and other things around, like unsealed roofing nails, metal flashing, shingles in the downpipe area and also to extend the downpipe to eavestrough. While fixing the small window Paul found cracks around the main window and sealed them too. While extending the downpipe, at the edge of the roof he noticed a broken shingle, which could be another (or maybe even a primary!) entry of water into the house. He replaced the broken shingle. All that extra work did not affect the cost that Paul provided to us in the quote. At the end: what a relief, knowing that your roof is in good hands!
