Sam was great to deal with. He was reliable. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work on schedule. He was responsive. He got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. After he completed the job, I noticed a few spots of paint on the floor. Sam came back and cleaned everything up. (He informed me that due to supply chain problems, he was unable to get his normal rollers. The ones he got were "messy". I don't blame him for that, as I am also suffering from supply chain issues). My point is that he wasn't defensive. He came right away and fixed the problem. He was great to deal with.
