They screwed up my order. It happens, no big deal. It's what a company does next which speaks to their integrity. This company apologies profusely, put in another order immediately, rushed the order through, got it finished asap, and hand deliverer it to me asap. Their windows are good quality, but it's how they responded to this mistake that really made me take notice. Really good job guys, keep it up.

This is the third time I've hired Avenue Insulation over the last 5 years or so, and the quality of their work remains the same. Despite some instrument issues at the beginning of the job, they got things back on track quickly and completed the work on time and left everything clean. Dennis and his crew upgraded our water line to 3/4 copper. No trench was needed! Instead they "torpedoed" the new piping from our basement to the city shutoff valve and connected everything propery. Took less than a day, and we had water back on by 2pm. Water pressure was greatly improved. Dennis answered all my questions, gave me a detailed quote in writing, and his crew were professionaland made sure everything was clean when the job was completed. Would highly recommend.
